As a native to the Seattle real estate industry, I am very proud to be a part of Windermere. My life-long interest in real estate brought me to the University of Wisconsin-Madison then to project management for a Portland-based multifamily developer. While working in development, I gained experience in various sectors of the industry and found myself most drawn to property analysis. Wanting to focus more specifically on the concepts of market value, highest and best use, and individual taste, I transitioned to brokerage. As an agent, I apply my investment experience to the analytical facets while enjoying the opportunity to engage with the qualitative perspective.
